Items must be unused and must be in original condition. Any worn, used or washed items can not be returned and can’t be refunded. All exchanges and returns must be pre-approved before you send the item to us. If items are not in original condition and worn they will be shipped back at the customer’s expense.

For exchanges; new item will be sent after we receive the original item from customer.

We encourage you to make sure with sizing, correct spelling for personalized items, correct letters for monogramming or correct numbers for birthday outfits.

If you would like to return your item, please contact us with your brief message includes your order number, reason of your return or exchange.

Because we are selling personal, custom, and seasonal products, we do not accept returns. Thank you for your understanding.
Only orders made by phone or in person at our retail location will be available for pick up. Online orders are “direct ship” only to the customer.
