A: If item ships from our warehouse: If the item ships from our warehouse, we ship within 1-3 business days and regular shipping usually takes 2-5 business days in USA.

B: If the item ships from suppliers warehouse: If the item ships from our suppliers warehouse, processing time is 1-3 business days and shipping is 12-20 business days.


*Birthday bodysuits/ shirts:  processing 1-3 business days, plus 2-5 business days for regular shipping

*Birthday Sets: processing 1-3 business days, plus 2-5 business days for regular shipping

*Personalized, monogrammed items:  processing 1-3 business days, plus 2-5 business days for regular shipping

*Tutus, Tutu Dresses: processing 2-5 business days, plus 2-5 business days for regular shipping


Please contact us for the “rush upgrade” option if you need your item sooner.


A: If the item ships from our suppliers warehouse: it ships FREE!

Your package will be sent to your address with our suppliers choice of method. Processing is 1-3 business days and shipping time may take up to 12-20 business days.

B: If the item ships from our warehouse, purchases over $99 or more ships FREE!

If item+ packaging is less than 16 oz will ship first class mail via USPS which usually takes 2-5 business days in USA

If item + packaging more than 16 oz. will ship Priority Mail via USPS. Which usually takes 1-3 business days in USA

*During Holiday times delays expected, please be patient.

*Lily and Max is responsible from your package until it reaches the post office. After it reaches the post office, we are no longer responsible from the packages and no longer in our control. You can always select priority mail during checkout if you would like to receive shipping insurance by USPS. This will protect your package in case of damage or lost during shipping. Lily and Max is not responsible from damaged ,delayed or lost items by USPS. Items damaged, delayed or lost by USPS can’t be refunded.

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for delays due to customs.

If the item/s shipped from our warehouse;

We gladly accept returns*, exchanges*  – may be subject to a %10 restocking fee;

Buyer responsible for both way shipping costs (to ship to seller and from seller to buyer) 

Items must be unused and must be in original condition. Any worn, used or washed items can not be returned and can’t be refunded. All exchanges and returns must be pre-approved before you send the item to us. If items are not in original condition and worn they will be shipped back at the customer’s expense.

For exchanges; new item will be sent after we receive the original item from customer.

We encourage you to make sure with sizing, correct spelling for personalized items, correct letters for monogramming or correct numbers for birthday outfits.

If you would like to return your item, please contact us with your brief message includes your order number, reason of your return or exchange.

Embellishments, Colorations Notice


Embellished Items
We use top quality embellishments, ribbons, made in USA tulle, chiffon, flowers, etc.. on our handmade items.
Due to keeping tons of different embellishments in stock, sometimes we may use the closest items or better when they are out of stock, or they can be slightly different color or texture due to being different batch from supplier. Thank you for your understanding.


Even though we do our best for pictures to give customers most accurate look of the products, they may look slightly different on your computer due to your display settings. Please be aware that the actual product may be slightly different tone than what you see on your computer. 

Also please note that, each material has different color reflections. Pink elastic headband may not be same tone with pink tulle tutu you are ordering. If you have problem with matching items together, please contact us.


PLEASE NOTE: Some of our items may have small parts, such as jewels, pearls, clips etc.. that may be a chocking hazard for children. Please watch your child at anytime while they are using these products and never leave  them unattended while around items with small parts. Lily and Max is not responsible for any issues due to wrong use. Thank you for understanding.
